Order processing time is 3 to 5 business day, from Monday to Friday.
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the BRT courier, who will deliver it within the following 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a tracking code via email to monitor the shipping status.

- Machine washable: warm (max 30°C or 105°F)
- Use only non-chlorine bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron on print — iron inside out
- Tumble dry on low or medium heat

For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and comparing those measurements to the chart.
I’ve placed my order - what's next?
We’ve sent a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout—it includes a full summary of your order details.
From this moment, please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be produced. Once it’s ready, we’ll hand it over to express shipping, which usually delivers within 48–72 hours (excluding particularly busy times of the year, like Christmas).

How does the shipping work?
As soon as we hand your package over to BRT, you’ll automatically receive an email from the courier with the expected delivery date and time window.

If you’re unavailable on the scheduled date, you’ll be able to easily manage the shipment and reschedule it for a more convenient time.
